EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

We sincerely apologise for any exchanges or refund are not applicable in store or online.

 SALE ITEMS & PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

Sale/Discounted items and items purchased during promotional period are strictly not valid for refund or exchange.

INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS RECEIVED 

We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defective item. In the case of an incorrect or defected item, kindly email to akandstyles2011@gmail.com.

We will attend to you within 2-3 working days.

Defective items DO NOT include the following:

Slight colour difference due to different monitors resolutions and studio lighting.

All exchanges will only be performed with an appointment made prior via email and approved by us. 

We reserve the right to reject any item that does not fulfil the conditions above.
